We're aware some customers are experiencing slow response times and timeouts with their Juno terminals, which can impact payment processing. Our team is actively working with our supplier to find and implement a fix.

​In the meantime, if you're facing these issues, please try the following steps:
- Reboot your terminal.
- ​Switch your connection from Wi-Fi to a SIM card and then back again.
