We're currently experiencing a delay in transaction data appearing in the Reporting Dashboard.
Update: Doe to unforeseen issue with the bug fix we had to roll it back and the plan is to implement it over night.
What Caused It? A minor issue arose after recent feature updates, which affected the flow of transaction data to the dashboard.
What's the Impact? This only affects reporting on Terminal Transactions in the dashboard; there's no impact on financial or payment transactions themselves. No data has been lost; it's simply queued and will appear in the dashboard after the update.
When Will It Be Fixed? A fix has been developed and will be deployed to production overnight, meaning all delayed data will be visible in the dashboard Thursday May22nd.

Update -
We anticipate that the potential service interruption will be significantly shorter than the full 2-hour window within the maintenance window provided above. We are targeting a downtime of approximately 20 minutes to complete the upgrade and conduct thorough testing. During this brief period, commencing around 04:20 UTC, all transaction processing and other production services will be temporarily unavailable. This means that all API endpoints, as well as the Merchant and Admin web interfaces, will return maintenance notifications and will return an error. We are committed to bringing all services back online as quickly as possible following the upgrade.

Terminal Network Provider had to unexpectedly restart terminal services, which should have been done in the night. As a consequence, all terminals were not able to process payments for 8 minutes. Issue has been resolved and all systems are working correctly. Network Provider apologizes for issues caused.
